Please allow 2-3 days for the processing of your order and give yourself  4 to 6 weeks for orders to be shipped to you as they are all custom handmade to order. UltimateBridalShop will only send you the highest quality gowns made out of the finest fabrics. We ship only within the continental U.S. at this time. UltimateBridalShop can also help you co-ordinate your wedding by supplying you with unique and low cost wedding favors and other wedding supplies and bridal accessories. We do customized order dresses for free. If you don't see a gown in our store that you'd like to wear you can design your own and we'll quote you a price. Our seamstresses are highly skilled and pay a lot of attention to the smallest detail. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for custom cut gowns that are made to your exact measurements. However, if the gown recieved is not in correct model number or colour ordered, we'll issue an exchange.
