You can feel confident when you shop with us. Your financial information is never shared with us as it is all processed securely through PayPal. PayPal is fast free and secure. We cannot issue refund on custom cut gowns made to your exact measurements but we will issue an exchange on dresses Only if we determine that it has been error on our part that you recieved the wrong product number or colour, size etc. Gown must be returned in original condition, no stains etc with all original packaging and slips. Shipping fees on returns will be your responsibility.  All sales are final on bridal accessories. We cannot issue a refund or exchange. If product has been damaged during transit you would need to contact the shipping company.

In the event that an item purchased is out of stock or back-ordered we'll contact you via email and issue a full refund. Please note that items must be returned within 5 days of reciept

By purchasing an item from our store you are also consenting to our terms. Serious buyers only please. Items in stock will be shipped within one day after your order is processed and should reach you within 3-4 days. Some items are shipped from warehouses in different locations to you and should reach you within 2 weeks. We are always willing to help our customers and always put them first. Prices on some items can be negotiated but we must be contacted first before any payment is made.
